SAP LSMW + custom migration programs, MS Office

Task(s): 

Plan and coordinate conversion for defined data objects

Follow up on the availability of data extracts

Coordinate Conversion design delivery, build and handover for defined data objects

Plan and execute conversion cutover activities

Preparation and pre-checks of conversion runs (test loads and cutover)

Execute conversion runs (test loads and cutover)

Follow up on documented validation and sign-off for each object during test loads and cutover

Manage conversion plan and load changes through the Change Control Process
