  • Business side Single Pont of Contact
  • Analyze and document as-is process and process interfaces
  • Discover process gaps * Derive improvement potentials
  • Execute Fit/Gap analysis * Design Solution Specifications
  • Manage Data validation and Functional and Integration tests
  • Conduct End User Training
  • Lead and track Cut-over and Go-Live activities
