Requirements:

  • University diploma (major in economics or IT)
  • Proficiency in German (native speaker) and English (speaking and writing)
  • Senior experience with the SD/MM module
  • Experience with interfaces and interface monitoring
  • ABAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Knowledge of pharmacy industry specifics is advantage
  • Experience and references from implementation projects (at least as a key user)
  • SAP certification (at least Associate, ideally Professional)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Flexibility, responsibility, conscientiousness, reliability, self-reliance
  • The ability to work as an independent member of our team with excellent organizational skills and the capability to address multiple goals at one given time
Task(s): 

Job description:

  • Draws up processing analyses, puts together functional specifications and offers
  • Accountable for his/her field in implementation projects (analysis, testing, support)
  • Cooperation with the ABAP programmer team
  • Creating technical documentation and manuals, communication and training of key users
  • Delivery of high quality services

    Responsibility

    • Consulting services to support knowledge transfer and provide insights on a solution (communication/explanation/training) related mainly to SAP SD & MM.
    • Establish gaps in business processes
    • To locally coordinate resolution of issues
    • Participation on development tasks
    • User guides preparation 
    • Ensure KT of current tasks are locally transferred prior to contract end
